POSTAGE / DELIVERIES

Our shipping days will be Tuesday and Thursdays only.
(not including public holidays)

All online orders will be processed within 1-3 business days.
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking number once the product has been dispatched.
The customer will receive products between 5-10 business days.

If you have not received your product within the time frame please contact V1BEZ100 immediatly.
We will launch an investigation to locate your package.
Refunds will be pending outcome of the investigation.

Here at V1BEZ100 we are not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen items once they are in transit.

METHODS OF PAYMENT

If you purchase any products or services online, you must pay by credit or debit card. Your card will be charged in New Zealand dollars.
Products to be paid in full before any items are dispatched.
(If you live locally, we may allow pickups)
GOODS AND SERVICES 

All products come with vinyl print Heat pressed onto garments.

(V1BEZ100 is also working towards embossing and embroidery in the future)
